Meeting Topic: Talk by Kathy Peterson – “Creation and Flat Earth: Is there a connection?”
Abstract: “Many Flat-Earthers claim that the Bible teaches that the earth is flat, just as strongly and clearly as it teaches that God created everything — but is this the case? In order to answer the question clearly but succinctly, this presentation first gives a brief introduction to and overview of flat earth, then examines Bible verses that Flat-Earthers use to support their claims, and concludes with some of the biggest scientific problems with Flat Earth.”
